Michael Tyler is a Senior Director of Security Operations for Fortra. He is responsible for supervising the detection and prevention of numerous daily threats for Digital Risk and Email Security, including phishing, BEC, brand abuse, malware, and account takeover attacks. Additionally, Tyler oversees the Threat Intelligence function for Fortra's PhishLabs, providing valuable insight on adversary trends, motivations, and behaviors. With over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, Tyler possesses expertise in Threat Intelligence, Email Security, and Incident Response, and specializes in social engineering psychology and cybercrime tactics.
