Charleston cybersecurity firm PhishLabs raises $7 million, announces new HQ

A Charleston cybersecurity company has raised $7 million to fund its business while announcing it is moving to new headquarters within the city. The company previously raised $1.2 million from Frontier Capital in 2013. It said it has nearly doubled its number employees to 73 workers from 40 in less than a year.

“PhishLabs has gained unmatched expertise and deep domain knowledge from fighting back against real-world phishing threats,” Fulcrum partner Frank Dalton said in a written statement.
